After the combination of two lots on State Farm Rd. near the intersection with the NC 105 Extension, this design represents a single, new facility, designed to mitigate the transition from residential to commercial scale development and continue with the trend toward commercial and institutional development along the State Farm Road corridor. The new development replaced aging, existing structures and are composed of regionally inspired architectural forms, features, and materials.
